Are you looking for "crawl on your belly like a reptile" type caves? As far as I know, most of the features labled 'caves' in the refuge are little more than shallow pockets in the rock. The closest thing I've seen to a cave (other than a couple of the old mines) would be the 'Rock Rooms' in Treasure Cove on Elk Mountain.
